This software ("Leben in meiner Muschel" or "Living in my shell," available as both a web app and an Android app) is provided as a free trial version. The trial version is incomplete, contains known and unknown bugs, and is not suitable for production or practical use. Safe and error-free operation of the software is not possible.
The user of the trial version is hereinafter referred to as the “Tester”. The Tester uses the software exclusively for testing and evaluation purposes and at their own risk.
The software author assumes no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use, non-use, or improper use of the trial version. This applies in particular to data loss, system failures, security incidents, or consequential damages of any kind.
The trial version is provided "as is," without any warranty. No specific functionality or quality is guaranteed. In particular, no warranty is provided regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the software.
The software author reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time without providing a reason. In such a case, the tester must immediately cease using the software and delete all copies.
The author reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. It is the tester’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the current version of the Terms of Use.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
